Responsible For
  1. Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
    • Set specific objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for social media campaigns.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  2. Content Creation and Management:
    • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
    • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely updates.
    • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
  3. Community Engagement:
    • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and audience across social media platforms.
    • Foster a positive and active community by encouraging user-generated content and conversations.
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
    • Monitor competitors and industry leaders to identify opportunities and trends.
  5. Advertising and Promotion:
    • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
    • Manage budget allocation for social media advertising and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
    • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
  6. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., PR, Customer Service) to ensure a cohesive brand message.
    • Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices for social media.
  7. Crisis Management:
    • Develop and implement crisis management strategies to handle negative publicity or social media crises.
    • Act quickly and effectively to mitigate any potential damage to the brand’s reputation.
Additional Requirements
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads).
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
