Overview
We are seeking a talented and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo, and Bing to maximize ROI.

Specific Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsible For
- Keyword Research & Strategy:
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and phrases.
- Develop and implement effective keyword strategies to improve organic search performance.
- Monitor and analyze keyword performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- On-Page Optimization:
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
- Implement on-page SEO techniques including meta tags, header tags, URL structure, and internal linking.
- Ensure website content is SEO-friendly and optimized for target keywords.
- Off-Page Optimization:
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to enhance website authority.
- Monitor and analyze backlink profiles, disavow harmful links, and pursue quality link opportunities.
- Manage and optimize external listings and profiles for local SEO (e.g., Google My Business).
- Technical SEO:
- Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented on newly developed code.
- Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Content Strategy:
- Work with content creators to develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content.
- Ensure content is aligned with the overall SEO strategy and meets user intent.
- Monitor and analyze content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Use SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track, report, and analyze website performance.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to inform SEO strategy and tactics.
- SEM Campaign Management:
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad copy, landing pages, and overall campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze SEM campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Implement new strategies and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
Additional Requirements
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Familiarity with other digital marketing disciplines (e.g., social media, email marketing).
